Hi, I got this ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II motherboard...about a month ago the 2 usb port above the antenna started working terribly with wireless keyboard and mouse...unusable...
Went back to asus, they saying the usb ports are fine(cabled keyboard worked), no issue with the morherboard...but the wifi might interferring the wireles devices..
Def do...because all the other devices working fine with any other pc, laptop...asus doesnt want to give a refund...
Any idea what can do? The motherboard is useless...dont have any cabled device...most wireless..

Thx!

Wireless keyboards and mice use the same frequencies as WIFI. So having the keyboard dongle next to the WIFI antennas causes interference. Get a USB extension cable and move the keyboard adapter away. Or move it to a port on the front of the case.

It could be because the frequency the router chose is now interfering worse. If you have the WIFI channel set to "auto", then the router picks frequencies.
If you made changes to your WIFI, like setting the 2.4Ghz to 40Mhz bandwidth because you thought you would get better performance, then that could explain it. Your neighbor's WIFI could explain it.
