Adware, tried mbytes, cant find it for the life of me

I've been getting ads in all my apps and during games. I scanned everything with Mbytes and AVG, nothing can find it, I can't seem to find it either. I get browser redirects every few minutes too. I tried resetting browser settings and it didn't help. If I have to reset windows I guess ill have to but, I just got done re downloading everything onto windows 10. The browser redirect sites are smartnewtab and tradeadexchange, and then they usually direct me to some online support or Asian dating site...Any ideas?

try different browser? check your dns server? just mbytes and AVG?
