Aero cool p7c1 included fan hub

When I got the p7c1 it came with an included fan hub and for some reason the fans won't sync up to the Pwm fans. Help please what software can I use?

How do you have the fan controller connected to the motherbd?

Ethe way it's supposed to be slot 1 for power ,2 to a motherboard Pwm slot and 3 is a Pwm which the fans should sync up to and the rest for other fans.
