Question Aero not working

Hello again!
I just installed windows vista ultimate 64 bit variant on the latest version of virtual box but I can't find any way to make aero theme work...
I have installed the 3D experimental driver from the guest addition CD, checked 3D support and 2D acceleration in VM settings and gave it 256MB of VRAM (max I can offer), ran the performance test again but nothing happend... It also gives me an error about a guest additions .dll not being capabile of 3D...
Any ideas?

This is abit dated, but it might work or might not work, since there is a newer vm software versions.
