Affordable Semi-Gaming Laptop

I'm searching for an affordable (max $700) laptop with a dedicated video card (NVIDIA), and I really dont want a HP laptop

I have the 17" model, and it is a great laptop. Just wish I had the 15" as it is lighter and easier to move around.

What kind of games do you play with it and on what settings, how do you use this laptop the most?

I mostly use it for remote access to my servers, I do some light programming work (Microsoft .net & SQL), email, some light web surfing. I have played a few games on it - not the modern ones - given the performance of some of the games I have tried - you won't get near max FPS or be able to play on high settings.
