Question Affordable Win11 Upgrade for Dell Optiplex 7010 with DDR3 compatible motherboard

Sund a chunk of change into a refurbed beefed up Dell Optiplex 7010 only to find out later that its not Win11 compatible. Would like to upgrade the motherboard to a win11 compatible reusing as much of the components as possible, including my 32GB of DDR3 12800 MHz memory. Everything I'm finding now requires higher DDR. Anyone know of a MB with TPM 2.0 and win11 compatible processor that uses my DDR3 memory?
My fallback plan is to abandon MicroSoft in disgust and go Chromebook.

You can run Windows 11 on your current CPU. BUT now with Microsoft consent but not blessing.

In a nut shell Microsoft now lets you install Windows 11 on a NON compliant CPU.

But also says in the fine print that at there desecration they meaning Microsoft might not let the non compliant CPU's get critical updates.

I have been running some CPU's older than yours with Windows 11 for almost 4 years now all patched.

Take it with a grain of salt.

Sell the Dell 100% as is, and build/buy something new.
