So, I had the suspicion that my mobo was dying, because at some points during the day, it would simply lose video, and sometimes the audio just continued, or it got stuck, and I found out that the Bluetooth driver would get corrupted after that as well

I just bought a 4090 and an asus Thor PSU 1200, so that was ticked of, couldn't be either of them as they were brand new

Yesterday it happened again, first time I cold booted and as I was entering my pass, it did it again, then I disconnected the computer, switched the PSU off and waited until the electricity was totally gone(lights were still on) and then started it again, and after about 20 minutes it did the same thing

So today I downloaded the latest BIOS which was november 5th for the X570-e gaming MoBo I have, and tried to flashback it... then the title started, I always use (Have done flashback 4 times + this time) with a 12 years old USB I got in while I lived in Canada, and it always worked before, it "finished" and I booted, the mobo light comes on, but after I get the rogstrix splash screen that says "Press DEL or F2 to access Bios" it just reboots once, goes back to that and then I see a flicker on the screen, and it goes to a black screen

I tried pressing F2 to go to the BIOS settings, but that does the exact same thing, instead of restarting and going to the Bios splash it goes directly to the Black screen

For the sake of relevance, what BIOS version did you use to flash the BIOS on the board?

If you're indeed on the latest BIOS version, you might want to try and clear the CMOS. Ideally you should disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, then press and hold down the power button for 30secs to drain any residual power. Replace the CMOS battery after 30mins and then see if that helps.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You can try with this :

Reset CMOS: Power off, unplug, remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, and reboot. This resets the BIOS.

Reflash BIOS: Use a fresh USB and download the BIOS again. Check if the flashback works. If not, try BIOS recovery from ASUS.

Test PSU: Even though it's new, test with a different PSU if you have one to rule out power issues.

Reseat GPU: Make sure the 4090 is properly seated and connected. Test with another GPU if possible.

Boot in Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode and uninstall/reinstall drivers, especially chipset and Bluetooth drivers.

Reset Overclocking: If overclocked, reset all settings to default. Check stability under load.

Check RAM: Test with one stick or in different slots to rule out faulty RAM.

Disconnect Peripherals: Disconnect non-essential peripherals to check for conflicts.

are you using the adapter or a proper 16 pin cable.

The CMOS battery holder broke 🤦‍♂️
