Dear Friends!
Every time after booting windowsXP, a monitor screen-saver displayed,(which keeps on moving the length & breadth of the screen) instead of making the system up.
Iam unable to use the system.
Sometimes it makes the system up(1 in 10-attempts).
Iam helpless & try re-booting several times, until the system is up(if lucky).
It has come up recently; i dont know whether it's a virus or something? Please help me.
Thanks in Advance.

Start your computer and press "F8" to get into the advanced boot options.

Select - Start windows in VGA mode (Or something similar)

Make sure that your video settings are correct, such as make sure your resolution is within what your computer can display, make sure the refresh rate is also something your computer can handle.

Make sure your video drivers are up to date.
