After building a new computer, nothing is showing on the monitor

I recently built my new computer, but when I turn it on nothing shows up on the monitor. The graphics card fans, heatsink fan, and case fans all turn, and the LEDs light up as well, but nothing shows on the monitor. When turned on, the computer just sits there with the fans turning until I hold the power button to turn it off again. I will list all the components shortly, but everything in this build was new. I tried breadboarding, leaving only the motherboard, CPU and PSU connected but still, nothing would show. There was no system speaker that came with any of the components, so I am unable to get an error code of any kind. I have ordered the speaker for very cheap, and it should be here within 3-4 days. Here it is:

I wanted to post here with details of the build and what I have tried to fix it. I went through the troubleshooting guide posted by shortstuff_mt, so I will try to structure the full story around those steps.

Here is the list of parts:
CPU: i7 7700k

Motherboard: ASRock H270 Pro4

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V series 16 GB, model F4-2400C15D-16GVR, speed DDR4 2400, timing 15-15-15-35, voltage 1.2V

CPU cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO, model RR-212E-20PK-R2

Video card: GIGABYTE GTX 1080 8GB, model GV-N1080D5X-8GD

Power supply: CORSAIR CXM 650W 80+ Bronze, model CX650M

HDD: WD 1TB Black edition

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB

Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400

RAM, GPU and all physical connectors (CPU power, motherboard power, HDD and SSD power, GPU power (1x 8-pin), as well as SATA connections between HDD and SSD, front panel plugs and fan power) were checked and reseated to make sure they were plugged in all the way.

Stand-offs came pre-installed with the case, and they were all used when connecting the motherboard.

I tried booting with 1 RAM stick, and alternated between the two that I had. I also made sure with the motherboard manual that the RAM was in the correct spot.

CPU plastic socket on the motherboard was taken out before installing the CPU, and the CPU was installed correctly by aligning the corner arrow as well as small indentation on either side of the CPU with the socket. To be honest I did not fully inspect and see if there were any bent pins on the CPU socket, but now the CPU is installed and fastened with the aftermarket cooler, so I was afraid of pulling everything apart. If you think it's okay to check, then I'll try removing the heatsink and CPU to inspect the socket itself. I'm just not sure if that would cause the problem. No thermal paste got anywhere outside of the top of the CPU.

I made sure there were no loose screws moving around in the case or underneath the motherboard. I was wearing an anti-static wristband connected to the case while building, so I don't think I discharged and destroyed anything.

The switch in the back of the PSU was turned on. I double-checked to make sure the front panel connectors were in the right spot, but just in case I tried booting with the RESET connector disconnected to avoid the endless reboot problem.

Other than all these steps, there was one more thing that bothered me. A jumper fell out while I was putting everything together, and I was having a hard time figuring out where it was supposed to go until I read the manual once more. This is what I found. I followed the steps to clear the data in CMOS but it still didn't resolve the problem. I don't know if the jumper is supposed to be connected on the motherboard or not, but for now it's sitting on the chassis intrusion header here. Please let me know if I should take it off, I'm really not sure what it's for.

Finally, I used two different HDMI cables with two different monitors to make sure it's not a problem with them.

Thanks for your help everyone.

Well, I tried disconnecting the GPU entirely and then connected the monitor to the HDMI port on the motherboard. It still didn't output anything to either monitor.

I don't have a system speaker, so no sounds come up when I turn the computer on. But I did try leaving only the CPU in, but nothing was shown. I ordered the speaker and it should be here within a couple of days. I was hoping I could figure out what the problem is before it comes in.
