After Disassembling and cleaning my Laptop, It Won't Bootup

After disassemble my laptop to clean it, it won't bootup (its getting on while holding the power button), Screen is not turning ON but Power, wifi indicator light is working.
Even i use another VGA Monitor screen it showing no signal. Please help me.
I have HCL D9912- AX8008.

take it apart again & carefully put it back together. when I do something like that as in re-assembly, I do it in stages to make certain it powers up & displays ok even with drives & keyboard not installed. is the actual power button switch part of the motherboard or is attached via a ribbon cable?
