[SOLVED] after latest windows 11 update, my laptop screen refreshes every 3-4 secs! help

it's an HP laptop with ryzen 5700u,16 gb ram and no GPU
last night when i wanted to shut my laptop down, there was an update ready to be installed so i selected update and shut down option . Today, in the morning, when i turned my laptop on, the first 5 mins were fine then this problem occured! it LOOKS like File explorer crash (i just say it looks like that! idk! ) Also if you watch the video you can see for yourself that the Taskbar is gone!

how can i fix this? plaese Help! thanks

Solution: Update caused the problem so uninstall updates using

Advanced startup​
