After market cooling.

i have crossfire 6950HD2gb, the first two slots are taken up by the first card, then its one free slot, then the second graphics card. i want to put the Accelero Twin Turbo II (
http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga/375/accelero-twin-turbo-ii.html?c=2182 ) on them both but im worried when i put the aftermarket cooling on the first card, the cards wont fit and they would be touching? has anyone done aftermarket cooling with crossfire? i need help!! lol

You do know that you have to take off the cooling fan that is on the card now. Once you do that it looks like this after market cooling setup will only make the card a two slot card which is what you have now. Don't forget that the pcb is very thin and the thing that makes the card thick is the fan/heatsink.

What case are you running, is the PSU top or bottum? ...is the cooling running front to back or back to front...

can you mount a side fan in the case? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

i have the NZXT Phantom, the PSU is on the bottom. and i had 1 back fan, 1 top, 3 side fans and 1 front.
