Question after migrating os to ssd

after migrating my os to my ssd, there was a file called system reserve. and 111.5gb worth of unallocated space, what should i do

I assume it is the ssd that has the Reserve partition? Leave the partition as it is .

Generally one can use Disk Management to extend the C: partition to the right and occupy the unallocated space.

so what do i do with the unallocated? do i just leave it be

When you rt click on the C:\ volume you will have the option to extend it . Choose that and expand the volume to use up the un allocated space.
