after reinstalling my windows 7 i can here second person voice but he cant hear my voice when ever i am in yahoo massanger or google talk can you help me out with this problem

In the Start Menu search bar type microphone
From the Control Panel section choose Set up a microphone.
If that doesn't work you can try the other two choices as well.

Make sure the mic is the default communication device. Heck it can also be the default for everything.

Right click the little speaker(near the clock) and select Recording Devices. Then make sure mic is set to default communication device or even that and set as default device if you do not use any other device plugged into the system.

Still can not hear,? Try to up the volume, but this should have already been done when you ran the setup a microphone option, but you can double click on the mic in recording settings and check under levels
