After removing and replacing my CPU my monitor won't show a picture

Not sure if this is the place to put this but I was cleaning my PC and removed my heat sink (CPU was connected to it) and reinstalled it. After powering it up my Tv just displayed No Picture. I don't think I broke it because power is still going to it and the heat sinks fan is spinning. Any ideas/ suggestions?

Edit: also there's no audible beep.

the heatsink was removed with the cpu working?

try to reseat ram modules, reset bios also could help

did you unplugged any psu cables?

Did you clean off the old thermal paste and replace it with new? Also there is no telling what you jostled during the removal and re -installation. Go Here:
