My CMOS battery died, I replaced it in a hardware shop. There was driver issues and date/time has to be set every time before replacing new CMOS battery. The driver issue still persists even after replacing. Is there any way to fix, or what should I do?

The RAM limitation is probably because you have a 32-bit version of Windows 10 installed.

H61 chipset depending on motherboard/CPU can support 4GB to 8GB of RAM I think.
Oh okay.

For a fact I know it is ZEBRONICS ZEB Motherboard but not sure it is H61 chipset.
