Question After Shut down my PC , Motherboard PCH Fan Still Running ! Please HELP

Yesterday I have installed a AIo PUMP Liquid Cooler named Cooler Master 240ML Ilusion. After Installing that i am facing a problem like..........after shutting down the PC , AIO PUMP gets off ! All the Case fan of Antech NX600 gets off but the ARGB LEDs are ON with this the PCH fan of Motherboard also running.

please help me what to do !

Tried resetting bios?
its clearly a setting in it that is keeping everything on.
