Question After shutdown once my pc wont turn On

i am facing this problem from day i built my pc, when i turn on it starts well and whenever i shutdown it or it turnoff because of power cutoff, it wont start, but motherboard led stay on and mouse keyboard too but computer wont start again for hours i have to wait or maybe directly next day i dont know whats wrong please help

specs-
Motherboard- Asus RoG z390
PSU- Corsair CX 650m

You might want to see if changing the wall socket from which the power is fed to your PC's PSU causes the same issue.

You might want to see if changing the wall socket from which the power is fed to your PC's PSU causes the same issue.
