Question After updating bios my pc won't start

Hi, I tried to update mi bios with live update 6 ( i have a b360m gaming plus ) and when the update finish my pc stood a while with black screen, after 5 minute i tried to restart it but nothing happend

--when i press the start button for about 10 seconds my motherboard turns on quickly and shuts down but the pc does not give it time to boot.--

i tried to do a clear cmos, disconnect the battery and nothing.
