Question After upgrading the processor, my PC doesn't shows bios menu. Goes straight to Windows.

Recently, I upgraded my processor from ryzen 3 2200g to ryzen 5 4500, but while booting it shows blue screen after a while it goes straight into windows homepage. And if I press the bios key it stuck on blue screen. I think it does goes into bios menu but does not display anything on my monitor.
I have tried removing cmos. disabling fast startup, changing gpu display output port.
And it works fine after replacing my cpu with older one and i have also updated my bios many time. On motherboard webiste it shows ryzen 5 4500 is compatible with latest bios update.

Motherboard - msi a320m pro-vd/s v2
GPU - GTX 1660ti

Try the CMOS clear exactly as it's done here : Jcom1: Serial Port Connector; Jbat1: Clear Cmos (Reset Bios) Jumper; Ez Debug Led - MSI A320M PRO-VD/S User Manual [Page 14] | ManualsLib

You need to short out two pins with a jumper cap, or a screwdriver.

Once you get into Windows you can force a re-boot into BIOS (uefi settings)...

They give you 17 ways (Windows is anything if not redundant), I prefer the 2nd method, "SHIFT-ReStart", to do it.

It got stuck on blue screen.
