After Xmp profile enabled im unable to boot right ?

When i enable xmp profile i have a problem when powering up my computer, it starts and then try again then power itself off. the second time i press the power it starting to load everything,
Can please someone help me here and tell me how to fix it ? i have DDR4 LPX 16X4 = 64giga 2400mhz and c16 latency ? thank you

With XMP on, try bumping RAM voltage up a couple of steps +0.01.
