Looking to build an AMD 64 bit machine using
an MSI mobo.
I have perused a few of the boards on the MSI site but find
they do not have AGP but PCI-E graphics.
Is AGP gone as a "standard" now?
Is there an MSI board that uses both AGP and PCI-E?

Yes, the K8N Neo3-F

http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=K8N_Neo3-F&class=mb

_but_ for a reduced range of AGP cards only, see the list linked to at
the aforementioned web site,
