Question agp gpu not displaying video output

i bought this agp gpu Details about AGP card Vanta LT 316-9039-00001 R01 nVIDIA VGA Compaq PN: 201827-001 to replace the other because of a issue it had. there was a different one i was gonna buy but i just went with the original for now and the new one i put in wont find a signal its for a 217155-001 mobo. also its all same specs 3.3v agp 2x this is what my monitor looks like if i use the old gpu and turn it on

I'd advise that you return the GPU that you've picked up and look for the other listing. Mind sharing the specs to your current build?
