I OC'd my 4770k a while ago, have been tweaking it for a while if it crashes and im pretty sure its stable but it crashed last night. So naturally i'm looking at temps and I've always noticed, how the heck am I supposed to accurately depict WHICH temp is the correct one? I use AI suite for basics and then I was using Corsair link because I have a H100i GTX. These two programs have nearly a 10 degree or more difference. Which one is the correct one?! Pics below:

not sure where exactly ai suite reads it from

but for as long as i can remember its always read roughly 10c lower than everything else

coretemp and realtemp and other softwares will give the same reading so guess they are reading it from a

different sensor

than ai suite

so i never go by what ai suite says

it tells me my cpu is idling at 20c when the ambient temp is 20c so you know straight away its wrong as cant

be the same as ambient temp with out exotic cooling like phase change etc

I'll have to give those a shot. Have not used them before. That's ridiculous though, why would AI suite be so far off??
