So I thought I would overclock my i5 4670K that has an CM Hyper eve 212x on it. I OC'ed the cookie to 4.4 GHz at 1.25 volts and running Aida64 stability test it topped 78C max. I might lower t he voltage see what I can get as Aida overvolted to 1.26 once 1.27 which is okish I guess. So I then thought about using intel burn test and done a standard test with 10 tests. The temps got to 94 C which I thought was super high. From what I got told I should not be using IBT for stability and heat of my general OC. Just I do not know what to use to test my OC. In fire strike I think temps were low 70's so Im out of ideas.

Don't use Intel Burn Test, apparently it will override your CPU voltage which will cause higher temps and possible damage. I only use Prime95 Small FFT's for 10 mins and it works well. Firestrike or Heaven I feel gives you a higher end gaming test scenerio. Follow this guide created by CompuTronix as it should help.
