Question AIO Cooler making weird noise.

My aio cooler is making a weird noise. I just bought a Thermaltake water 3.0 360mm cooler and its making a whirring noise intermittently. Is that normal? I uploaded the noise it starts at 2:30

Is the noise coming from the pump block or from the fans? How is your AIO mounted and oriented in your case?

Its coming from the pump. The radiator is mounted on the front vertically with the tubing at the top. Also the noise is intermittent every couple of minutes or so.
