Question AIO Cooling 3 Pins

I have a A320M-HDV R4.0 motherboard and recently I bought a cooler master MasterLiquid LC240E RGB Close-Loop AIO CPU Liquid Cooler from amazon, I need help because I dont have a CPU Opt on my motherboard and if I Should I plug the three pin to the CPU header that way the pump can work. Please tell me as soon as possible.
