Hello all.
I've recently upgraded my build to a new ASRock Z790 Sonic, I9 13900k and Ryuo III 360. I turn it on and it seems fine. This new i9 states the base speed is 3.00GHz, however at this moment it is running at 4.71GHz and it is constantly changing.
Now If I'm idle everything seems to be fine, fans are quiet and all is well, but if I open a game such as WOW the CPU goes to about 60c and then the RYUO kicks in, now this gets loud, like way to loud. I was running WOW on an i7 8700K 3.7GHz with a Corsair H55 Hydro and that never got loud and the games runs the same (no GPU changes etc). Have I done something wrong? Can I undervolt the CPU? I've closed WOW and the fans are still going at that speed, they aren't decreasing. They only go back to "normal" if I shutdown and start again (restart only reduces the speed, but doesn't fully reduce them). I understand the CPU fans may need to go that loud to reduce the heat, but I'm only playing WOW.
I've attached a video to try and explain what is going on:

Also in the video you can hear one of the fans seems to squeak... So I best get in touch with the seller and get a replacement fan...
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
