Can this be disconected from the CPU cooler and run only as a ram cooler?

And can this be run on existing ram kits like the dominator series. Or would it need thermaltakes ram/ramkit for to interface with the heatspreader?

This says you need to use the ram. But could you transfer the heatsinks to different modules?

I wanted to get ram to run at 12000mhz/mt at 2:1 in an AM5 system. And my case has an extra 240 space for an AIO. I would be putting HYTE 120mm fans on it in push pull config to maximize heat dissipation.

On the page it says it's only compatible with specific TT memory:
Note: Please note the Floe RC Ultra only pairs with TOUGHRAM RC memory modules
A decent DRAM heatsink (like Bykski Armor or Team Group Xtreem non-RGB modules) and fan blowing on it should be sufficient for high memory clocks. I highly doubt you're going to get anywhere near 12000 on AMD though. Probably won't break 8000 on most most AM5 processors unless you're using an APU.

You could also run a custom loop hooked to a DRAM block (Bykski and Alphacool).
