Solution GarrettL Jun 8, 2020 Depends on your pc case. Some have a cut out around the cpu allowing for backside access if needed for the proper mounting hardware. Take the right side panel off and you will have your answer. Also depends on motherboard and what cpu socket. For the AM4 socket and Corsair H60 AIO I did not need backside access.
