[SOLVED] AIO issue ?

Hi I have a Corsair H100i GTX
What has been happening is my temps have been going between 95c to 100c.
Also my ghz is between 2.2 and 2.5

The cpu is i5-3600
motherboard is MSI Z170A SLI Plus LGA 1151

Any help would be nice this would be my first AIO that i have ever had

yes it was a typo its a i5-6600
age is 5 years its a pre-build
anyways i got a new cooler and it works

it was a typo its an i5-6600
the age is 5 or 6 years
anyways i just got a cooler from a computer store near by it fixed the problem that i had.
