AIO Loop EXTREMEMLY Loud

I have a cooler master masterliquid 240 and it is just excessively loud. It literally sounds like Niagra falls and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I've tried going into my bios and setting a custom curve and all that but, it is either dead silent of louder than a waterfall which makes it impossible to do anything without hearing it even with headphones on.
If anyone knows what to do please help it is driving me crazy!

I have the pump plugged into the CPU FAN header and I have the two fans on the radiator plugged into the CPU OPT header with a splitter.

i had 3 cooler master master liquids. mine were the 120s though. all three of them within the first year starting making all kinds of chattering noise from the pump. when i pulled them out, they were leaking on the motherboard. this was in 3 different machines in 3 different locations in 3 different usage environments. two of them it was impossible to see them leaking until i took them off the cpu and saw it was leaking down around the cpu itself and onto the motherboard.
