So I just recently got a MSI k360 core liquid and got everything set up and when I turned it on im getting any fans to spin nor the pump working. I double checked all my cables to make sure they are plugged correctly and into the cpu_fan header on the board. Loading into Bios it says there isn’t anything connected to the cpu_fan header. I tried to switch to the pump header and I’m not getting anything either. It’s is Sata powered so the lights come on but I’m unable to figure out how to get this working.

Solution
if all three fans are connected to the cooler's splitter,
and the splitter is connected to the CPU_FAN header

the pump is connected to the USB 2.0 header on the motherboard

and the cooler's SATA connector is connected to the power supply's SATA cable;

than you either have bad port or header on the motherboard,
bad SATA cable coming from the PSU,
or a dead AIO.

you would have to troubleshoot each individual component\connection.

I tested a different fan on the header so it’s not the board, switched out the SATA cable and it still doesn’t work so I’m thinking it’s the AIO, which is weird sense this is my second one this happened with the first one as well..
