[SOLVED] AIO Radiator Making a weird noise.

Hello Yall,
This is my very first post on Tom's, so I apologize in advance for not having all of the information I need about this issue. My IBuyPower ARGB AIO cooler has been making a weird noise, and it doesn't stop. Video Link: https://streamable.com/zi1zn0

I am confused on what is going on, and if there even is a way to fix it.
