I'm currently building a new PC and now my Motherboard is in the case. I installed the backplate and mounting bridge and mounted the radiator on top of the case. Now I want to screw down the cooling block onto the CPU, but it doesn't work...
It has two screws and one does tighten, but the other one does not. If the upper screw tightens, the other one won't (and vice versa) even when trying for a minute - it just won't budge. I checked combability of my Silent Loop 2 cooling with the Ultra 7 265KF and my Mainboard - it's listed as compatible.
Why does only one screw tighten? It can't be the screws themself, since both of them will tighten in some way - just not both at once.
Edit: I also tried to only tighten one of the screws a little but the other one still won't budge..
Edit 2: Some pictures of the situation here... View: https://imgur.com/a/f2WrSzz
