PC Part Picker List
Exact mobo is a B550AM Gaming, could not find it on PC Part Picker.
Was a pre-built I bought from Cyberpower PC in 2020. Decided to open it up and move the AIO (Cooler Master 120L) and some fans around as the CPU has always ran pretty hot. A pipe broke off the water pump and leaked a good amount, mostly onto the mother board, some into the bottom under the PSU and little bit into the GPU. PCI-e slot also had a decent amount in it.
Ordered a Thermalright Peerless Assassin and still feeling pretty hopeful as everything was turned off and unplugged when the leak happened and I cleaned as much as I could with isopropyl alcohol and I could let it dry for about 36 hours before everything got here. Bought some upgrades while I was at it - 2x16GB 3600hz RAM, 2 more case fans and a chassis fan hub. Installed everything and went to power it and then nothing. No POST or BIOS and the mobo has no speaker or LEDs.
Here's everything I've tried and tested:

Here's everything I've tried and tested:
- Went back to the old RAM in slots 2 and 4
- Did the paper clip test on the PSU, fan spins up and seem to work
- Tried with just a barebones GPU, CPU, 1 stick of RAM in slot 2, 1 fan connected to CPU header, and the PSU only plugged into the GPU and the 8 pin and 24 pin on the mobo. Made sure the 8 pin was not the PCI-E cable.
- Tried clearing the CMOS by shorting the jumper multiple times with a screwdriver
- Tried jump starting the power button pins on the MOBO
- Checked to make sure the CPU was plugged in correctly
