Just found out that the Kraken G12 will not be compatible with the Gigabyte 1070ti Gaming because the Mosfets have been moved to the left, which won't allow the G12 fan to cool the VRM. Are there any other ways to use a AIO water cooler to cool with card?

If the "head of the cooler/Coldplate" fits onto GPU die and you can tighten it down, you can use aftermarket copper heatsink and use thermal glue to stick them onto the VRM's and zip tie the fan onto the GPU.
But i dont see the point of watercooling the GPU unless you're doing the full loop (As aesthetics reason), also the GPU is hard locked for overclocking, yes you may keep the Turbo always if its under 60*C.

Try to send them a message, since some say the FE version is supported, I really don't know since I've never done that.

Any chance you could point me to guide that could help with using a copper heatsink for the VRM?

I overclocked the card a bit and haven't had any issues except that it gets a bit hot, 67 degrees, and the fans are louder than I would like. An AIO would keep temps down and would be quieter with the right fans.
