I am buying the Air 740 soon, and I already have bought my components and I know that they're compatible with the case. I am willing to pay for some new fans and I would like to get some recommendations on CPU cooling.
My current build is
-Asus Z270E
-GTX 1070 Strix
-H100i V2
-i5 7600k (Which runs quite hot)
-EVGA 650w G3
-Ripjaws 3200mhz 8x2gb

My plan was to buy 3 120mm fans as a front intake. (Give me recommendations on what fans to use) And use the two included AF140's as a bottom intake. I would then have the one included fan on exhaust. Would this cause too much turbulance? And my h100i V2 has really disappointed me, so should I use only two of the front intakes on the rad and then have fans on the bottom to feed the GPU instead? Or could I fit a 3rd fan underneath the radiator? And is there a way I could keep my temps cool without having a jet engine in my room?

If you don't want the loud noise all AIOs produce, use CPU air cooler instead, e.g Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3,
specs: http://www.bequiet.com/en/cpucooler/482
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9bFPxr/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk019
note: Dark Rock Pro 3 has RAM clearance of 40mm.

Or Arctic Freezer i32 in push-pull which has no issues with RAM clearance.
specs: https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/freezer-i32.html
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rz7CmG/arctic-cooling-cpu-cooler-acfre00004a

In my Skylake build (full specs in my sig), i have Freezer i32 in push-pull with 2x Corsair ML120 pro red LED fans that are cooling my i5-6600K and it does the job very well. Most that i've seen out of my CPU with 3.9Ghz OC during Cinebench15 was 55°C...

Since hot air rises, case airflow rule of thumb is: front & bottom - intake; top & rear - exhaust.

I'd solve the airflow issue with Air 740 by using 140mm fans all around, e.g:
Front: 2x 140mm intake
Bottom: 2x 140mm intake
Top: 2x 140mm exhaust (or H100i rad as exhaust in pull mode)
Rear: 1x 140mm exhaust

The more case fans you have, the better the airflow is, while all fans doesn't have to run as fast as with fewer fans. Thus, the noise from fans is also lower.

For 140mm fans, you can go with Nocuta NF-A14 PWM if you don't care about how fans look and only want performance.
specs: http://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a14-pwm/specification
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dwR48d/noctua-case-fan-nfa14pwm

For better looking fans, you can go with Corsair ML140 LED fans,
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/cooling/ml-series-fans?fansize=140mm%20x%2025mm
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/D34NnQ,ycH48d,sYNypg,cfyxFT/

Corsair ML series and Noctua fans also come in 120mm size.

In my Skylake build, i have 6x Corsair ML series fans for great performance and nice eyecandy. Since i have 7x case fans and a fan controller also, i have them all running at about 1100-1200 RPM and i can hardly hear them. Here are also few pics of my Skylake build if you're interested,
