Air Conditioning: Daikin Invertor - dust or mould/mildew?

Greetings,

I'm really confused with determining whether my AC is suffering [suffered] from dust, or mould. It did stink a bit [like wet something], and I use anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-everything solution and I use it a lot, on my AC, but still, some stuff is inside.

I made a few snaps, I already cleaned the AC, couldn't clean it better :/

The dust/mold, was black, like tar, and it was dusty, wet only from the solution,

Also here I put some pictures of how does AC convertor look like now,

Please advise,

regards

i7Baby - just yesterday I found out that the vertical fan [the fanny spinning turbine] is staying moist, more like showered after AC usage, so now I'm doing it that way that every time after I finish using AC, I use fan mode only, on max, for 30-60 minutes, just to be sure.

My general question is, from the residues of dust/mould on the fins/fan, is it mould, or dust? [or do I need a lab test?]. Coz when I was cleaning it, I had some protective stuff on me, but still, I wasn't always wearing mouth drape, coz it was hot, and so on and so on and so forth :)
