A very reasonable $30 cooler would be a cryorig H7.

For a higher budget, look at one of the noctua towers with a s suffix. That is an updated version with clearance for graphics cards and tall ram sticks.
I use a $62 noctua NH-U12s and it is perfectly fine for a 6600K@4.8.
Slightly better would be the NH-U14s at $70.
The absolute best would be the NH-D15s at $85.

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

Solution
I really love it! CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler is very easy to install and if let me to do mybe a not heavy oc i think is't a perfect choice!

I was also looking at Noctua, i see NH-D15 and NH-D15s.
NH-D15 seems pretty wide and i may have problem with Tridentx (gskill) but NH-D15s seems to fit perfect... right?
I can use all my budget for the cooler so i want to find the best solution for oc.

I totally agree!!!
