Aircooled Fractal Nano S build -> MSI 1070 or EVGA?

I know this has been asked before but I'm asking specifically for my Nano S build. I plan to aircool an i5-6600k with a cryorig h5 or darkrock 3 (unless someone can make a good case for a 120mm aio cpu cooler in this case).

For my GPU, I've ruled out the ASUS strix since it is a tight fit in the case and have narrowed down my options to MSI Gaming X and EVGA FTW GTX 1070s. As I understand it, the MSI is the quieter of the two and has a better integrated cooler, but I have a slight bias against them since my previous card, (MSI GTX 560ti hawk) broke out of its warranty period.

So my question is for this case will the EVGA 1070 FTW be significantly louder and potentially cause a heat issue for the card or even cpu?

Also as it pertains to AIO coolers for GPUs, this is something I've never done but would like the option - will both the MSI and EVGA both have compatibility will something like a Kraken G10?

Thanks!

Difference is tiny in terms of performance across all 1070's, yes the Gaming X runs cooler but only by around 2-5 °c, not much and if you set the fans on the ftw a bit faster than stock I guess they'd perform the same

= get the one you like the most, I don't like the new industrial design that evga is using this generation but that's just me and looks are very subjective.
