I'm looking for a new case that would keep a GTX 470 cool.Unfortunately, many of the good brands aren't imported to where I live and I don't really want to buy a case without actually seeing it,for looks matter for me too.(Meaning HAF series are out ^^; )

Good brands I know and have access to:
Cooler Master (Including CM Storm series)
Thermaltake
LianLi
Silverstone (RV02)

Brands I have access to but don't know if they are any good?

Aerocool (Looks promising but I need to ask)
Aplus
Xilence
Xigmatek
Gigabyte

Thanks for your suggestions =)

Silverstone (RV02)

Enough said. It will cool that card better than any of the other cases available. It will only be bested by the HAF-X if it does not come with AP181 fans (the newer revisions), but if it does or you buy AP181 fans at a later date to replace the older ones, you will get the absolute best air cooling in any case on the market. The RV02/FT02 also love Fermis, and are the best cases for them. Silverstone quality is also second only to Lian Li.

Yeah,figures.
I still would like to have more opinions and options for while the Silverstone isn't something I can't afford,I could use something cheaper.Actually I have a Thermaltake Aguila at the moment without any serious problems, but I have the need of another case for I have decided to build another PC from the leftovers of my previous system, and I thought I'd use the present case for that build and get a better one for the current system.

I understand where your coming from, but I'm of the opinion that you should buy a case that you like and that will last. Too many people on these boards change out their sub-$100 cases yearly it seems, and I just can't understand why they just didn't invest in something that had everything they wanted to begin with.

I have an old Silverstone case and the quality and weight of the unit is... well... quality..

I also have an Antec 300 that for the money cools brilliantly with 4x120mm and 1x140mm fans but compared to the Silverstone seems cheap. Unfortunatly the Silverstone only has 2x120mm fans.

From your list it doesn't look like you have access to Antec but from your list I can recommend Silverstone.

For my next case I'm looking for the quality of Silverstone with the cooling of the Antec, I'm liking this Zalman-

What size motherboard are you planning on? There are some nice m-atx and even m-itx cases.

What else needs to go inside? Is this a gaming case that needs only one hard drive?

Do you want some portability for lan parties?

In general, if you have two 120mm intake fans, or at least a single 140mm intake fan, your cooling will be adequete.

Get a GTX470 with a dual slot cooler; it will keep your case cooler.

I love the quality of lian li; just get the right one.

I'm using a ATX mobo, but further compatibility would be good.I also have one hard drive.Actually it's a pretty "standart" system with no OC,no SLI.My new motherboard (P7P55DE-Deluxe) and its shield didn't fit in the case properly for some reason,so I thought I'd get a new case for this build.Otherwise I'd get a 30$ case and pile in the leftovers XP

Which cases from Lian Li would you recommend than?

Also,I just noticed the Silverstone has the outputs for GPU etc. on TOP of it?

I've seen a few go through them here, but I mostly meant boards like these. This one tends to be a little less about the enthusiast and a little more about helping and discussion. Go over to OCN, TPUF, or XSystems and you'll see what I mean (though on OCN, they mostly go through $300+ cases yearly...).

Haha, Lian Li might be a bit rich for your blood. Their quality cases with good cooling start off at the PC-P50:
-Windowless

-Window
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_104&products_id=27159

After that, your looking at the ~$250 range or more. These are very good:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=pc-v1020&x=0&y=0 (The Red is my favorite looking case out. The Red color is far darker in person than in the pictures)

Now if your willing to go that high, then I say good for you, because Lian Li is the absolute best in quality. But since your likely not feeling that rich, I recommend sticking with Silverstone, unless you are.

Yep. The Silverstone RV02/FT02 have three massive 180mm fans on the bottom, which forces very cool air into the case and forces, with the help of the principal that heat rises, the hot air out of the top of the case. This will give you great cooling all around, and external exhaust GPUs, especially ones that run hot, will absolutely love it. These cases are some of the best cooling cases on the market, especially with multiple GPUs and Fermi GPUs. They are also dead silent, great quality, and extremely easy to build in, even if it doesn't look like it. I can't recommend these cases enough.
