Airflow in a homebuild case?

Hi!
I wondered if anyone could help me with a problem of mine, I have builded a own case in plexi with the dimensions: 385mm(L) x 330mm x 110 mm(H) and now i need to know where to put fans for best air flow, i have one 120 mm and 2 x 80mm, i dont need to use them all...picture below:)

Ideally, you'll have intake and out let fans. The psu already is an outlet. If this is going to be a low power htpc, then really all you need is an inlet fan bringing cool air to the cpu and gpu. But for best cooling I'd put the 120mm fan at the top as an exhaust, and one 80mm fan each at opposite sides of the case as intake.

If it's a HTPC, it'll work with one intake fan (assuming your PSU has a fan).
I would put one intake on one side (in the middle of it) and one out on the other side (facing the CPU) that way, the air would take the hot air from all your components, north bridge, south bridge, graphics card, RAM, CPU...
