Airtel dongle works in one city but not in other city in the same laptop

Hi

I use airtel dongle 3g (inside 4g sim). I bought it in Chennai, India and it worked fine there. But after I moved to Coimbatore, India it is not working here.

It gets connected, but no internet access.

Please help me fix it.

It is quite possible that the dongle uses frequencies, and different protocols, available in one city and not available in the other. YOu have to clear this with your cell phone operator.

If you get connected in one case but not in the other, compare results from "ipconfig /all" in both cases.
