I'm still trying to figure out what the next video card I'm gonna buy is, but I kinda hit a little roadblock.

What exactly is the difference between the 9800 Pro and the 9800 AIW Pro? All I was able to find searching around online is that it comes with some silly remote.

the AIW is classed as a multimedia device.....
ie. TV, Remote, Movie/TV capture, tv pause ect.ect.

the 9800 pro video is a video card only. But it does have dual output which I have and works really well.

I would have got the AIW hand down IF it had multiple displays. alas.....it does not.

As the fellowes have said, the 9800 AIW is simple a 9800 with a TV tuner and video capture.

The 3d performance is the same, so if you don't need a TV tuner and video capture, get a regular 9800.

i think there is a big difference that escar highlighted. You can only have 1 monitor with the AIW but you have all those nice tv tuner capibilities. In graphics quality they are the same. PErsonally i run 2 monitors at the same time and thats teh reason why althogh the aiw is a nice package i wont buy it.
