Question Alexa For PC : Installed And Working Fine. Now, Not At All.

Anyone else having probs with the PC version? We have the app all over the house, and it's working fine, just not on my rig anymore. I can ask a question, and it looks like she's answering, but I cannot hear her (my wife says that's not unlike me).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, swept google for any "morsels" I could find which might be of help, but no go. They all think it's my Echo Studios , but they work fine.

So hoping someone been through this before and found a solution, here I am again - so grateful y'all are here, because if I had to pay for all the advice I've been given here, I'd be close to homeless.

I can't keep it running for more than a few weeks on my PC but it works fine on my Laptop. 🤷‍♂️ I have no idea why either.
