Alfa external wifi adapter catch Wifi signal in host maching but not in Virtual Box

I connect my alfa adaper to host machine in windows 10 working and catching wifi signal good , then I connect my alfa to virtual box it was connected successfully but it was not catching wifi signal inside virtual box in kali Linux when I click says no netword found wlan0 show , how to fix this
