Alienware lagging and disconnecting during games

Hi!
So my friend has an alienware laptop (im very jealous) and during games such as Overwatch or Heroes of the Storm she constantly has massive lag spikes where the fps goes down to about 3 - 4 frames per second. This happens on all games (not just blizzard games) but on blizzard games it also disconnects her (I presume thats something to do with how the blizzard servers handle it or something). We checked the temperature and the are about 90 degrees celcius - is that too high? Im not sure what this is but if anyone could help that would be great!

90c for a laptop is actually pretty damn high yes.. sad to say, Alienwares are actually pretty garbage when it comes down to it. You are basically paying for the logo and not performance. Cooling down a gaming laptop is something that is not very easily done.. especially if the CPU is soldered in.

So its likely overheating?
