I bought an alienware laptop 4 years ago. It freezes often after using it after sleep mode, and it freezes during Restart/ shutdown. Its had the motherboard replaced and added a sweat m.2 ssd. As long as I use it after a fresh boot up it works great until it goes to sleep. Being dropped a bunch of times its works for me. I've learned how to make it work with me. All in all I like the laptop for what I paid. It still cranks out the frames, on 1080p and its pretty much my HTPC now.
