Question Alienware mx17 restoration

Basically I have an alienware mx17 here that is just completely screwed, it has no recovery, all the partitions are a mess and it has a fresh instalation of windows 10, I can't download dell support assist or the alienware control panel. Is there any way to get an ISO or something to get this laptop back to being a working alienware?

And it is how old - 2009? Well, that's prior to W10. Can't you just manage without dell support assist and the alienware control panel ?
